Our Bring-It-On 30-Day Challenge is ready for you when you are—because the beauty of this challenge is that it is always available.
Most challenges tend to happen when you have the least amount of time. Holidays? Forget it. Freezing cold January? No, thank you. Summer, when the kids are out of school? I wish. You can make excuses to get out of anything, or you can simply commit to doing it when it works best for you—at any time of the year. Maybe even several times a year!
What’s so great about 30 Days?
We’ve got plenty of reasons (30 to be exact), and the one we can’t stress enough is that you will feel incredible after 30 consecutive days of yoga.
Our 30-Day Bring-It-On Challenge allows you to focus on your goals instead of figuring out how to squeeze them into your already busy schedule. Every aspect of the next 30 days will encourage you to nourish and care for all the pieces of you. Signing up for the challenge provides:

Meet your wellness goals by committing to a simple and easy-to-follow plan. Move every day and prioritize your self-care—it’s that simple.

Our 30-day challenge helps you identify your deeper motivation for participating by setting you up for success in your actions and decisions.

By creating a definitive plan of action, you’ll be more likely to follow through on the daily tasks required to achieve your ultimate goal—30 Days of putting your health first.

Stay true to commitment either with a personal calendar (we’ve even made a template for you to use!) and/or a buddy who also commits to doing the challenge with you.

You will be physically stronger (heck yeah!) and have a greater sense of mental clarity and emotional wellness (serenity now!).

How it works

Thrive’s 30-day Bring-It-On Challenge consists of three components:
Daily Yoga and Self-Care
Creating Personalized Healthy Habits
Completing an Everyday Gratitude Journal
All three are geared to helping you bring on the best in the next 30 days by building routines and a sense of self—seeing you through the challenge and beyond. Decide to do one, two, or all three—but whatever you pick, commit to follow it through to the end. After all, that’s what makes it a challenge!
Healthy Habits
Another form of self-care is creating healthier habits. This could be anything from daily meditation to less screen time, drinking more water, or getting to bed earlier—the choice is yours. Pick one or two super simple habits to help set you up for a better day and a healthier lifestyle.
