Thrive Posture Focus - Half Moon Pose
Half Moon Pose

Sanskrit: Ardha-Chandrasana
Benefits: Half Moon strengthens the core muscles, especially the abdomen. It also flexes and strengthens back and arm muscles while increasing flexibility in the spine.
